RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Sketches are far better in “reality” than on a screen. There is always something that the camera cannot catch. The colour and shades of the sketches are particularly difficult to photograph in part because computer monitors have different colour settings.
If you regret your purchase - for whatever reason - you can of course return your purchase within two weeks upon receiving. The work must be in the same condition as when you received it. Upon returning a purchase, you have to pay for shipping costs.
How do I return my item?
To return a purchase, please fill out the form below. You will then receive a confirmation from us where you will be asked to return the item to our address in Faaborg.
Remember that you are always responsible for the package until we receive it. We therefore recommend that you send your return package with tracking so that everybody can follow the package until its destination in Faaborg.
Once we have received the return package, we will transfer the purchase amount back to the account from which the purchase was made. For security reasons, we can not transfer your money to another account.
