Terms and conditions

We ship to destinations in Europe and other parts of the world for a fee. For the sake of the costumer, we only ship with insurance and tracking. The insurance covers both the frame, the glass and the artwork itself.

Delivery is dependent on the address. Artworks will usually ship from our shop within three days. All final framing are done upon ordering. We will contact you if your order will ship later than expected.  Contact us if your order is urgent (a last minute gift for example), and we should be able to find a solution.

Payment is usually made through the webshop. At the moment we receive VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Contact us if you would like to pay in another way (e.g. bank transfer).

Prices include Danish VAT and other fees and taxes. In most cases we can frame the work of art with/without museums glass. We recommend buying museum glass whenever possible.

Buying multiple works will trigger discounts. Write to us if you are interested in purchasing several works (for example as an art association or a company).

Right of withdrawal. You can return your item for up to two weeks after you received or collected it. The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Remember that you are responsible for the package until we have received it. See our cancellation policy in the menu below.

Exchange Guarantee. We offer to exchange your purchase with another work within three months. You pay the difference if the new artwork is more expensive than your first purchase. See the guidelines under Exchange Guarantee in the menu below.

Descriptions and product photos

All artworks are described and depicted to the best of our ability. If it appears that there are significant errors or omissions in the description of the work - including attribution - the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase, to have the total purchase price refunded or receive a discount on the price. Sketches are rarely signed which means that attributions are uncertain per default. We have taken reasonable care to ensure that the information contained on the site are complete and correct but do not warrant this to be the case and accepts no liability for any spelling mistakes and minor errors. It must be expected that the actual colours et cetera of the artworks may vary from the photos on the website. You are, of course, entitled to withdraw your purchase without any kind of justification within 14 days as long as your purchase is returned in the original condition.

Photos of works in frames are indicative. All artworks - both original sketches, drawings and prints - are framed when ordered. The passe-partout is usually cut in advance, but the frame itself is usually only made when the customer has chosen a type of frame. If you do not think the frame matches your expectations, you can use your 14-day cancellation right counting from the day that you receive your package.

Complaints. Customer satisfaction is paramount due to the small size and niche marked of our business. We will do our best to accommodate complaints. Write to the e-mail address at the bottom of the page if you are unsatisfied with our service on the site or on delivery.
